Thank you for expressing an interest in holding your next organized golf event at Surrey Golf Club. Below, please find important information and suggestions for types of events that may be suitable to your needs. These suggestions are based on our many years of experience in both hosting and executing corporate, charitable, and association events.
Surrey Golf Club offers two main package options: Golf with the Bogie Package Golf with Dinner These packages are available for either 9 or 18 holes on the Willows Nine master length golf course or on the 18 hole championship Main Course. All tournaments/golf outings include the following: - Registration Set Up. Appropriate tables, chairs and any other equipment you may require will be provided for you on tournament day. If you have special needs at registration be sure to let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
- On Course Signage. Frequently, tournaments arrange for sponsor recognition signs that need to be placed at various tees or greens. Our staff will be happy to place these signs for you in accordance with your instructions. Please ensure that the signs are delivered to the course well in advance of the tournament and advise us as to which tee boxes or greens you require the signs to be placed. Our staff will collect your signage at the end of your event, please ensure that you take your signage with you as we will only store your signs for one week following your event.
- Closest To The Pin, Long Drive Or Other On Course Competitions. Surrey Golf Club maintains a supply of KP and LD markers and we would be happy to provide these for you in accordance with your instructions as to the type of marker and where they need to be placed.
- Tournament Consultation And Advice. We host over 50 tournaments a year and we therefore 'have seen it all'! We would be happy to share our knowledge, experience and ideas with you to make your event the best ever.
Tournament Package Options
The Bogie Package:
The Bogie Package is designed to be an economical approach to your golf outing with the focus primarily being golf. Each participant is provided with a $10 Food & Beverage Coupon which may be redeemed for food & beverage at the discretion of the participant. Coupons must be redeemed on the date of issue and do not have any cash value. The Burger Buffet: The burger buffet is available to those groups with a minimum of 25 participants. Enjoy a delicious burger (chicken and veggie burgers also available) with all of the trimmings following golf. Cost of the Burger Buffet is $15.95 + gratuity & GST per person. For groups with a minimum of 30 participants we offer the Driver Buffet, Fairway Buffet, & the Serpentine Buffet. Prices range from $25.95 - $32.95 per person. Par Excellence Package: The Par Excellence is our most popular package and provides the participants with equal emphasis on golf and the sociality that makes for a great day. The day starts with enjoyable golf featuring spirited competition, through to the chance to relive your best (and your worst) shots during the cocktail hour. The day is completed with a great meal followed by the prize presentation. This package requires a minimum of 40 participants. Food & Beverage includes either our Lando Buffet or the Deluxe Barbeque Buffet. You can also upgrade your menu by opting for the Premier Buffet with a minimum of 75 participants. Add power carts, a hotdog (or sandwich) & beverage at the turn and your participants will have a great day! Please note that all of the above Green Fee prices are subject to 5% gst and dinner package prices are subject to 5% gst and 15% gratuity.
Note that tournaments held from July 1, 2010 on may be subject to the HST in place of the GST. The Bogie Package reflects the $10.00 Food & Beverage Coupon. Tournament Power Carts $40.00 Pull Carts: $4.00 for 18 Holes $3.00 for 9 Holes Rental Clubs: $10.00 - 1/2 set for 9 Holes $15.00 - 1/2 set for 18 Holes $25.00 - full set for 18 Holes all rental equipment prices includes GST & PST. A $500 deposit will be required in advance to hold any tournament or event reservation. Deposits will be refunded or deducted from your payment within 7 days following your event less any additional charges or damages caused by your event.
